Joshua Westgard is a Systems Librarian for Digital Programs and Initiatives in the UMD Libraries, where he primarily manages digital repository and digital preservation systems. He has research interests in medieval manuscript transmission, the history of libraries, and the practical application of Python programming in library and information science.
